What we provide

QuickAds is an online classifieds platform. Posting a basic advert is free, subject to a per-account quota. We also offer the following optional paid services:

• Promote a listing — a one-off fee of R30 to feature an advert for a limited period.
• Dealer account — a monthly fee of R49 for a higher listing quota and a storefront.

All prices are in South African Rand. Where QuickAds is VAT-registered, prices are inclusive of VAT. No delivery charges apply — these are digital services.

Payment

Paid services are billed securely through our payment provider (Paystack / Yoco). QuickAds does not store your card details — card data is handled entirely by the payment provider under their PCI-DSS-compliant systems.

Refunds and cancellation

If a paid service is not delivered, or you cancel within any cooling-off period provided by the Consumer Protection Act or ECTA, contact us at support@quickads.co.za for a refund. Promotion fees are non-refundable once an advert has been featured, except where required by law or where the advert was removed through no fault of your own.

Security and privacy

We use HTTPS and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, which we process under POPIA as described in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints and disputes

We aim to resolve complaints quickly. Email support@quickads.co.za and we will respond as soon as we can. Disputes are subject to South African law and the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Report an advert (notice and takedown)

To report an unlawful or inappropriate advert, use the “Report this ad” link on the listing, or email legal@quickads.co.za with the listing link and the reason. We act on valid notices in line with Chapter XI of ECTA.

Access to information (PAIA & POPIA)
